Auto-Tech Interiors Inc. prides itself on providing the highest quality products available to our customers. We have confidence in our materials and workmanship and provide a 1-Year Limited Quality Assurance Warranty with each product, which covers all manufacturing defects.

In the event of a valid claim due to defective material or workmanship, Auto-Tech Interiors, Inc. will provide a replacement product as quickly as possible.

Proof of purchase (receipt) from an authorized dealer and the original item must be returned to your regional distributor to be considered for a warranty replacement. All products must be correctly installed to be considered and will be inspected upon return to verify damages. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, abuse, or mishandling. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for the replacement product.

In no event shall Auto-Tech Interiors, Inc. be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind. Any claim must be asserted within one year of the purchase date.

All implied warranties are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period. Auto-Tech Interiors, Inc.'s obligation under this warranty is strictly and exclusively limited to the replacement of defective parts. And Auto-Tech Interiors, Inc. does not assume or authorize anyone to assume for them any other obligation.

Warranty
STRI electronics come with a 6 month Limited Quality Assurance Warranty from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase (receipt) from an authorized dealer or from an authorized Distributor and ALL original items must be returned to be considered for a warranty replacement. All products must be correctly installed by an authorized dealer/shop to be considered for warranty and will be inspected upon return to verify damages. Installation by any unauthorized individual, dealer or shop will void any warranty provided.

In the event of a valid claim due to defective material or workmanship, STRI will provide a refund or replacement product as quickly as possible. If the warranty product is no longer available, STRI will consider an equivalent replacement item or a refund minus any shipping charges. In the event the replacement product cost is greater than the original, the customer will be responsible for the difference plus any shipping and handling charges for the replacement product.
